The Founding Circle · the manifesto

A new culture, built by the people who want to live in it

A year on the road, thirty-nine countries and states, more than a hundred scientists and doctors — and this is what we came home with. We already know how to live twenty or thirty healthy years longer, and that part is a question of implementation.

The question is no longer whether it can be done.
It is whether we do it.

Those years come from the science, from the medical system, from prevention caught early, and from the choices each of us makes on an ordinary Tuesday. Almost all of it is already known. Almost none of it has arrived where people actually live. That part — getting it to arrive — is implementation, and it is on governments, on institutions, and on each of us.

And the knowing is still the hard part. There is far more to learn, the basic science is nowhere near finished, and the next twenty, thirty, fifty, a hundred years have to be discovered before anybody can implement them. That work is carried by the scientists. Our job is to stand behind them while they do it.

What we are asking

Six things, in this order

  1. 01

    Learn the rules

They are on this page and on our partners’ pages, and nobody is born knowing them. Start with the Longevity Map: the whole field on one page.

    Open the Longevity Map →
  2. 02

    Play

Do one thing today. Then another tomorrow. And let yourself fall in love with it — that is what makes it last, not discipline.

    Open the Longevity Calendar →
  3. 03

    Become a longevity advocate

Tell somebody. Bring somebody. Stand behind it in public with us. This is the step where one person becomes a movement.

    Join the Founding Circle →
  4. 04

    Connect the communities

There are thousands of longevity communities out there — clubs, salons, run groups, breakfast tables — and almost none of them has ever met another. We introduce them, and we help them grow.

Open the map of communities →
  5. 05

    Help the field grow

Join the institutes, the foundations, the laboratories. Fund them, volunteer, take part, ask your government to. These scientists carry the whole thing on their backs. It takes a village.

    See the institutions →
  6. 06

    Create the pull

Governments, health systems and businesses move when people ask out loud. They do not move because a paper was published.

Why a hundred million

100,000,000

One person asking is a letter.
A hundred million asking is a change in the culture.

That is the number, and it is not a slogan. It is why the film exists, why the book exists, and why we are asking you.

In their own words

The people we met said it first

The path is open at both ends

In New Zealand a Māori artist called Tama inked a path along my left forearm. No beginning, no end, with ferns growing along it. Nobody arrives; everybody is somewhere on it. The only real question is whether you walk it alone.

Walk it with us.

Come build this with us

You’d be joining 700+ people already with us

Leave your details and you’re in. Two things arrive the moment you confirm:

  • The Longevity Map — the whole board on one sheet, readable at A4
  • The teaser of the film — a private link with the password. Yours to watch, not to post.

Your name and email, and that is the whole sign-up. Double opt-in, no spam, ever.

And what else you get
  • First invites to retreats and events, where we will meet
  • Film pre-screenings
  • The book, sooner
  • The Longevity Calendar Pro — the deeper version, when it lands. The free one is open to everyone today.
  • A letter from the road each month
  • A vote on which story we film next
  • A chance to co-create with us

— MarekThank you and I hope to see you soon!

And what is not built yet, because we will not pretend. The map of the communities is open but thin. No event and no retreat has a date. If that is a reason to wait, wait. If it is a reason to help, this is exactly who the Circle is for.
