Zero hype. Real science. Nice people. The community that began in Germany and went international — and one of the first partners in the Live Beyond movement.
Who they are
Longevity Cities is a free, in-person network for healthy ageing, built on local chapters that began across Germany and now run internationally. Members meet for cold plunges, morning raves, run clubs, expert talks, grip-strength testing and long walks — most events last an hour or two, and no medical background is required. Alongside the meetups they publish a weekly peer-reviewed research digest, a plain-English glossary, a pseudoscience checker and a community-voted map of healthy spots in each city. Their conviction — “community first, science not hype, playful consistency” — is remarkably close to Live Beyond’s own.
01 · Connection
Longevity isn’t a solo project. Local chapters bring people together to learn, stay accountable and make health feel less lonely.
02 · Evidence
They track credible aging research, work with experts, and translate dense papers into things you can actually use.
03 · Mindset
Health that feels like punishment doesn’t last. Experiment, celebrate small wins, find the version that fits your life.

Friends in the common mission
We send the people our film and book inspire toward the community already meeting in their city. Longevity Cities tells its members they’re part of Live Beyond too. Nobody loses their identity — it’s additive. One map, many chapters, a common mission.
