Levels of Longevity Map Antonia explores
Antonia Schultze-Mosgau is one of 100+ experts in the Live Beyond Project — a father & son quest for longevity.
Discover Live Beyond →Antonia Schultze-Mosgau works at the sharp end of longevity from London, as CEO of GOWING Life and Oxford Natural. Everything her companies do is aimed at one thing: slowing the ageing process at the cellular level — ideally halting it, ideally reversing it. But what makes her stand out is how she gets there: with rigour, transparency, and a healthy suspicion of the field’s own hype.
She describes the work as threefold. The first branch does what Live Beyond does — map the field, understand what’s real. The second continuously updates that understanding, staying honest about the current status quo and openly critical of what’s merely trending in biohacking. The third is the clinic: taking that hard-won, consensus knowledge and actually applying it to people.
A recurring thread is women’s health, and the deep links between the immune system and ageing. She talks about conditions like vitiligo — an age-related autoimmune dysfunction — not as a cosmetic issue but as a window into how immune health and healthspan are connected, and how the right approach can bring things under control for years.
And underneath the science is an ethic. Once you know something can genuinely help people, she says, you have to make it accessible — “anything else would be, sort of, mean.” It’s the same conviction that drives Live Beyond, and it’s why she also founded Longevity Salon London, gathering the city’s longevity professionals in one room.
We filmed Antonia in London, high up with the city behind her. She is warm and razor-sharp at once — as excited about the science as she is impatient with its hype. She kept returning to two ideas that are close to our own hearts: be honest about what actually works, and once you know it works, make sure everyone can reach it. We later learned she also runs Longevity Salon London, the city’s professional longevity community.
“We feel we need to make this accessible. Anything else would be… sort of mean, right? Why wouldn’t we make this accessible?”

“We’re very transparent and also very critical — because there are things that are currently hyped in the field of biohacking. You have to be careful.”

Antonia Schultze-MosgauThe three branches of her work.
The first branch does what Live Beyond does — survey the whole landscape of ageing science to understand what’s genuinely promising and what isn’t.
“Understanding the current status quo.”
London · from the interviewThe second continuously updates that understanding and stays openly critical of hype. In a field full of noise, transparency about what’s real is the rarest and most valuable thing.
“Transparent, and very critical.”
London · from the interviewThe third branch applies the consensus knowledge to people, in the clinic — and insists on making it accessible, because knowledge that only reaches a few isn’t good enough.
“Make this accessible.”

Antonia Schultze-Mosgau was filmed in London, 2024. Passages from that conversation:
Antonia Schultze-Mosgau“I currently work in the field of longevity — I’m CEO of a company called GOWING Life, and Oxford Natural, that focuses on longevity. All our efforts are tailored toward slowing down the ageing process on a cellular level, ideally bringing it to a halt, or reversing it. We’re constructed threefold.”
Antonia Schultze-Mosgau“We’re very transparent and also very critical, because there are things that are currently hyped in the field of biohacking. The second branch continuously updates our understanding — the current status quo in the field — so we know what’s actually happening.”
Antonia Schultze-Mosgau“Having vitiligo isn’t necessarily detrimental — it’s okay to have it. But it’s an autoimmune dysfunctionality, which is age-related, so it usually occurs with age. That’s a connection to the field of longevity. Someone got it under control for about four years now.”
Antonia Schultze-Mosgau“We feel we need to make this accessible. Anything else would be… sort of mean, right? Why wouldn’t we make this accessible? The third branch is the clinic — taking all that knowledge and research and consensus, and actually applying it.”
