The People · in real life

It's coming. And we want to meet you in real life

Not to talk at a room — to put people who care about this in the same place and let them find each other. Almost always with a partner, and almost always with a longevity community that was already meeting there long before we arrived.

Life Summit · Berlin · with Dr Olivia Lesslar

Three ways we want to meet

Where it actually happens

Every one of these needs somebody else in it — a community, an organiser, a host.

The world map of longevity communities

Events, with the communities

City by city, with the people already there

There are longevity communities, biohacking clubs and salons meeting all over the world, and most of them started long before we arrived. The events come to their cities, on their evenings, under their names — and we bring the film, the Map and the people we met.

Conferences, with the organisers

The ones that let ordinary people in

We have stood on nine of those stages, on five continents. What we want now is a Live Beyond day inside the ones that are already good, rather than a tenth conference of our own.

Retreats, with the hosts

A few days that change the next ten years

Not a holiday with green juice. Your own numbers taken before you fly and read by a doctor who is in the room, the scientists from the quest teaching in person, and days built around mind, heart and body.

We are not going into the retreat business. The people who run retreats already do it beautifully. What we want is to build these with them — bringing what the quest taught us, so that a retreat somebody already runs serves the longevity mission too.

The shape of it is below. No dates yet.

Retreats

How we want to create them

None of this exists yet — this is the idea, and how we want to build it. And we want to build it with you: with partners, with communities, and above all with the people already running wonderful retreats around the world.

We are not starting a retreat company. We would bring what the quest taught us about longevity, they bring the place and the craft, and between us a retreat comes out that serves the mission. Wherever in the world it happens, and whoever hosts it, a Live Beyond retreat would have the same five parts.

01

Before you fly

Bloods, and genetics if you want them, at a partner clinic near you — plus a short call to hear what you actually want. By the time you land, nobody wastes the first day on paperwork.

02

A doctor who has read your results

A physician there for the whole week, holding your numbers, telling you the two or three things that matter most for you — and which of the upgrades on offer are worth your time.

03

The scientists, on the screen

The people we met on the quest — mostly live from their own labs, sometimes in person. Not to lecture: to show you what is coming, what will be possible in your lifetime, and how you can help it arrive sooner. You leave with hope you can act on.

04

Mind, heart and body — daily

Movement you did not expect to enjoy, breathwork and ceremony with local teachers, real food, real sleep, cold and heat. The science is the reason you came; this is the reason you remember it.

05

And then home

You leave with a written plan, a re‑test date and your group. Most people go home and change something in their own street. That is how a retreat turns into a movement.

What makes this different from a wellness week is who is standing in front of you. Over a year on the road we met more than a hundred scientists, doctors, biohackers and healers, and a surprising number of them said they would come. That is the piece we are building first — not the venue, the people.

Diagnostics would be arranged with vetted partner clinics and always follow local law. Nothing here is medical advice — the point of having a doctor in the room is that the advice is yours, and personal.

Tell us your continent — one tap

We would love to meet our Live Beyond friends in real life, to really start building the movement together and co‑create a new culture. Let's decide where to gather first, and we'll find somebody there to help us make it happen.

Thank you — noted. We'll tell you when it is happening.

Let's do it together

We don't want to do everything ourselves

Live Beyond is created by all of us. If either of these is you, write to us — a sentence is enough to start.

Retreats

If you'd like to organise longevity retreats with us

You keep your place, your team and your name. We bring the shape of the week, the diagnostics pathway, the teaching material and the people we met on the quest — and everybody who finds us learns that you are the one doing this where you are.

  • A retreat centre, a hotel, a farm, or a house with room for a weekend
  • A clinic, a studio or a yoga school that already runs weeks like this
  • Or a doctor who wants to be the one reading the numbers
I’d love to host a retreat →

Events & conferences

If you'd like to organise an event with us

An evening with your community, a screening, a longevity game night — or a Live Beyond day inside a conference you already run. We come with the film, the Map and, wherever we can, the scientists themselves.

  • A longevity community, a biohacking club or a salon in your city
  • A conference that brings the science to people who are not scientists
  • Or nothing at all except a city, and the willingness to gather ten people in it

None of this exists yet, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. There is no date and no room. There are conversations — with people who already gather where they live, and with people who would like to.

That is the honest state of it, and it is also the invitation. The first of these will happen because somebody offered a city, an evening, a place by the sea. Everything after it will happen the same way.

When the first one is real, we will tell the Founding Circle first — they are the people helping to make it.
