Let's live beyond the limitations

Let's fall in love with longevity
and help it grow.

Beyond the limits of disease and ageing — and beyond the limits the world programs into us. A father & son, Marek & Alek, crossed the world to learn how. Come build it with us.

Everything here is real, and some of it is still being written. If you find a gap or something wrong, tell us — that is rather the point of doing it in the open.

Join, and the link comes to you

The teaser is finished. We can’t make it public until the people in it, and the networks we are talking to, have said yes. So for now it travels by private link, to the people who join.

One condition: it is yours to watch, not to post. Not on social media, not re-uploaded, not forwarded on. That promise is the only reason we can send it early — and why the film is behind a password.

Why I’m doing this

I’m Marek. I spent a year crossing 39 countries and states with my son, Aleksander, meeting more than 100 of the world’s leading scientists, doctors and healers — asking one question: how do we live longer, healthier and more fulfilling lives? We came home certain of two things. The science is real and closer than people think. And the years are only worth having if they’re full of the people we love.

The field needs all of us to grow faster, so that we can have it in our own lifetimes. And I don’t believe that happens through science alone — it happens through stories. Real ones, about real people, told well enough that you fall in love with longevity rather than simply learn about it. Everyone deserves that story — not only the wealthy, not only those already looking. The more of us who fall in love with it, the faster it grows — for all of us. That’s why we’ve started Live Beyond, and why we’d love you to be a part of that.

The Longevity Calendar

A year of longevity you would actually enjoy

Most longevity plans are built around performance. This one is built around what you love. 12 questions about what you enjoy and dream of — and out comes your calendar: five rhythms, from daily to yearly, made of things worth getting up for.

The years are only worth having if you want to be in them. Most of the field leaves that out.

365Daily

A dance break to a track you love

52Weekly

A gratitude walk, and six phone-free hours

12Monthly

Dinner with friends — and reconnect with someone

4Quarterly

Something extraordinary, for joy. Somewhere new.

1Yearly

A letter to your future self

What "Live Beyond" means

To live beyond the limitations
and to live fully, every single day.

Beyond the limits. Not only the limits of disease and ageing that biology sets — but the limits the modern world and society program into us. Let's explore, build and grow past them, together.

Fully alive, now. Living beyond isn't only about adding years for some distant future. It's about being here — present, joyful, connected — in this moment, today. That's the whole point.

Join us. Let’s live beyond and inspire others

The most thorough approach to longevity

Not just the science — the whole field

Longevity isn't only the science of longevity. It's the art and science of living longer, healthier and more fulfilling lives — so we went to everyone. That's what makes this the most thorough view of longevity anywhere, and you live it through our journey.

The most enchanting part? Everywhere we went, they treated us as family — hosting us in their homes, labs and their universities. Now we’d love you to discover them, and support them, too.

Their wishes for our journey

We ended almost every interview with the same question: what would you wish us, me and my son, for the rest of our quest? Here are four of the answers, in their own words — the rest are on their own page.

George Church

“The main thing I wish for is, obviously, that you’ll be very successful, and you’ll communicate and get the conversation going.

Even if you don’t reach every kind of person, you will stimulate other documentaries, maybe, to reach a few more people.”

George ChurchProfessorHarvard Medical School & MIT
Aubrey de Grey

“I think you’re doing a pretty cool thing, spending a whole year travelling around the world, looking at and meeting people who have some relevance to the longevity quest.

And I think the main thing I would say in terms of what you’re doing is I very much wish you well. I very much hope that towards the end of your year, when you’re in California, we can meet up again.”

Aubrey de GreyPresident & Chief Science OfficerLEV Foundation
Sir Muir Gray
“The elixir of life is knowledge, and it’s consumed by learning. So I think your mission, what you’re doing now, is at least as important as anything going on in any lab anywhere in the world.”
Sir Muir GrayEvidence-based medicineOxford Longevity Project
Robert Waldinger

“Well, my hope is that you’ve already found things that surprise you and that turn your assumptions on their heads — and that I hope you continue to do that.”
