What it is

Founded by Joanna Bensz and Prince Michael of Liechtenstein, the Longevity Center opened its first clinic in Warsaw in 2019, with centres now in Zurich and Germany. It brings biological-age testing, hyperbaric oxygen, cryotherapy and data-driven, personalised longevity strategies under one roof — helping people take control of how they age.

What we had done

In their words

Talking with Eric Verdin about biological-age clocks“…some of them are coming actually from preventative cardiology and are actually used already in the medical field. But I think we’re not really looking for the lowest number. We are really looking for the weakest link.”
“It’s incredible what you can do in the diagnosis. And then try to convert it into action which will make you healthier.”
“…eat better and sleep better and be less stressed and have more friends. So this is all the lifestyle factors. And people say, ‘Well, that’s boring.’ Maybe it’s boring, but it’s the only thing we have today.”

Before you book anything

What to actually ask for

A longevity clinic will sell you whatever you point at. Knowing what to ask for is most of the value.

The four clinics we walked into

Not a ranking and not medical advice. We describe what we went through ourselves.
