The book · coming soon
You're part of the first generation that gets to choose not just how long you live, but how well. Live Beyond takes the world's most advanced longevity science — gathered from 100+ of its leading minds — and turns it into a game you can start playing today.
What the book is
Live Beyond is both a manifesto of vitality and a compass — a book that reframes longevity as a game everyone can play, and win.
It opens as a story: a father and his teenage son crossing five continents and 39 countries and states in search of a longer, better life. They learned from the Blue Zones of Okinawa, sat with scientists at Stanford, Harvard, Cambridge, Oxford, MIT and NUS, and travelled the longevity hubs of Boston, San Francisco, New York, Singapore and Shanghai. That emotional quest is the book's beating heart.
But at its core, Live Beyond is a guide. As Marek writes on the first page: “This is a guide to the Longevity Game — one that will help you become the best player you can be.” The wisdom of 100+ leading scientists, distilled into clear, do-it-on-Monday practices.
“Every day you make choices that either extend or shorten your life. Learn the rules. Be a player. Start winning.”

The proof on every page
We made this journey around the world so you don't have to. From the everyday basics to the frontier of the science, the whole Longevity Map lives inside — and because we keep researching, the guide only grows. A glimpse of what's covered:
How it plays
The people who most need this science aren't researchers — they're regular people. The Longevity Game lowers the wall: the rigor stays intact; the fear falls away. The whole book runs on game mechanics, in a language readers already know.
Clear, actionable practices — the concrete moves that anchor daily life in vitality.
Short bursts of context that illuminate the science without overwhelming — power-ups for understanding.
A knowing nod to those stuck in old scripts of decline — not to mock, but to show how culture shapes how we age. What an NPC actually is — and why it is not an insult
Choose your level
Skip ahead, circle back, linger where curiosity pulls you — the point isn't to finish with every answer, but to leave with momentum.
Mindset & purpose, nutrition, movement, sleep — fundamentals that cost almost nothing and change everything.
Modern therapies, supplementation, pharma, emotional breakthroughs and beauty-span.
Gene and cell therapies, reprogramming, resetting time — no longer science fiction.
The golden thread across every level: diagnostics and early action, so nothing stupid takes you out of the game.
The final level: turning players into a movement — so longevity grows for everyone.

Not one man's opinion
This is the whole point: it's not Marek claiming to know everything. Every practice in the book is drawn from real, filmed conversations with the world's leading scientists — often over meals, in their homes.

Forewords & dedication
Two forewords open the book, and a dedication drawn from Eric Verdin of the Buck Institute closes the front matter.
Foreword
Brian Kennedy Distinguished Professor, NUS · Longevity biologist“I have known Marek Piotrowski for several years through his sustained involvement with researchers and clinicians working in aging and longevity. During that time, I have had multiple opportunities to observe how his understanding of the field has developed — shaped not by fixed narratives, but by ongoing conversations with scientists, careful listening, and a willingness to revise views as evidence evolves…”

Foreword
Olivia Lesslar Physician · Psychoneuroimmunology & resilience“I first met Marek and his son Alek when their quest was relatively new — a cool idea backed by intention and actual media know-how. What I remember most is how real it felt: a choose-your-own-adventure father-and-son team brought to life on a mission into the relative unknown…”
