Each one opens as it is ready.
Supplements, and the small number that have anything behind them.
The devices, wearables and equipment people ask about most.
The question people actually type at midnight. Sauna, cold, fasting, a treatment a clinic offered.
Clinics, tests and practitioners — beginning with the four we walked into ourselves.
The promise
Every answer says how strong the evidence is, names every source, and says plainly where the science stops. The words in quotation marks are our experts’ own, from our recorded interviews. A doctor’s review of each answer is the next step, and we will show it on the page when it is done.
Most of it is. Where something is promising but unproven, the page will say so in those words rather than hiding it behind enthusiasm.
Where good people disagree, you get both positions and who holds them — not a verdict we do not have.
Once the doctor’s review is done, every page will carry the name of the person who read it and the month they read it in. If something changes — a new trial, a better answer — the page changes, and says so.
None of this is medical advice, and none of it knows anything about you. It is meant to make you a better customer and a better patient — someone who walks in knowing what to ask.
This section gets built in the order people ask for it. If there is a supplement, a device or a treatment you keep wondering about — tell us, and it goes near the top of the list.
